Refund Policy

We offer digital media (Services) that can be obtained on our websites and via Discord (join our Discord). Immediately after a purchase has been made, there is no "trial" or "grace period" after purchasing any product or service, which means all sales are final. Once you have purchased the product of your choice, there is no way to refund it.

By buying any of the products on this store with Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit Card, Cryptocurrency, Stripe, PayPal, or Cash App you agree to our no refund and chargeback policy. You have agreed to a virtual non-refundable digital product/service. Any misuse, such as chargebacks or disputes, will result in permanent termination / ban of future products/services. We also reserve the right to raise a legal dispute against you. Refunds or chargebacks may cause your device to be permanently suspended from using any of our future software/services.

BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: “I am buying a virtual item and I will not send unauthorized transactions, disputes, claims or anything related. I have received my virtual item, therefore I am not eligible to retrieve my money sent.”

As stated in the original store terms: all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, but an exception could be made on the seller's decision. If a product fails due to our mistake, contact us and we will try to find a solution.

If your antivirus (or any other program) blocks a tool, your PC is infected by a virus, is broken, etc., our team will not provide a refund.
