These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and RR Services / GEC GAMING CORP ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of this site and our services. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

• It is forbidden to decompile, crack, patch, debug or use another reverse engineering technique with our products.
• It is forbidden to use the materials of this site or product for commercial purposes.
• It is forbidden to use our services if you, or someone you are in connection with, are associated with any anti-cheat development.
• It is forbidden to share or resell our products without our confirmation.
• It is forbidden to give or share your software key or user info.
• The seller is not responsible for any in-game bans/suspensions.
• Products are used at your own risk.
• The seller has the right to suspend the subscription in case of violation of these rules.
• The seller does not perform keys replacement / upgrades and HWID reset after your ban.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We will not be held responsible for what happens after the Content leaves our possession.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service;
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site;

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to our store, Discord and software and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Stripe (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• PayPal (where enabled)
• Other methods listed at checkout

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

1. Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
2. Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
3. Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
4. Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
5. Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
6. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site.
7. Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
8. Copy or adapt the Site's software, including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, CSS or other code.

• You agree that if you leave negative feedback, all active warranties are voided.
• You agree that if you are found to do anything which negatively affects Patch Unlocks, your product information may be publicly released.
• You agree that warranty is only valid if you leave positive feedback.
• You agree that any information we gain from you as a customer shall be kept private and encrypted on the condition that you do not chargeback; if you chargeback you risk your information being released publicly if you cannot come to a solution with us.
• You agree that changing account details (unless asked to do so) will result in all active warranties being voided.
• You agree that if you purchase with cracked PayPals / stolen cards your information will be released publicly and you will be blacklisted from the store.

The information on this website is presented on an "as is" basis, i.e. without any warranty.

Under no circumstances will the administration be liable for any direct, indirect, special or other indirect damage, including various bans and blockages arising from the access, use or inability to use the site, its contents or any related site or failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, downtime or delay in transmission, a computer virus or system failure, even if the administration is explicitly informed about the possibility of such impairing.

All our sales are final and no refunds will be issued, but an exception could be made on seller's decision.

If a tool doesn't work on your machine due to our mistake you can contact us and we will find a solution.

If your antivirus (or any other program) blocks the tool, your PC is infected by a virus, is broken, etc; our team will not provide a refund.
